24 racks, liquid and busbar, set in 6 weeks

An AI infrastructure operator was fitting out a 24-rack training hall against a fixed launch date, with cabinets in the 40–132 kW class that could not wait for follow-on site integration crews. The building had power and cooling plant ready — what it did not have was three weeks of slack for after-delivery assembly.

  • Solution: liquid-cooling ready GPU frames with manifolds factory-held at 1.5× working pressure for 24 hours, zero drop, and busbar-slot columns so tap-off boxes landed on set positions.
  • Alignment: 800 × 1200 mm frames checked against the NVL72-class footprint at the punching stage, not on the floor.
  • Result: all 24 racks delivered, set and connected in 6 weeks from drawing sign-off — the row powered without a single field-drilled column.

12 aisles closed, PUE 1.55 → 1.32, zero downtime

A regional colocation provider was carrying a measured PUE of 1.55 across a live multi-tenant hall and had committed to an efficiency target that open aisles could not reach. The constraint was operational: 12 aisles serving paying tenants, with no maintenance window longer than a shift.

  • Solution: 12 mm tempered glass containment doors, fixed and drop-away roof panels, and brush-sealed blanking panels — retrofitted one aisle at a time inside tenant maintenance windows.
  • Fire path: drop-away roof panels release below 72°C and link to the hall's FA system, keeping the sprinkler plan intact under containment.
  • Result: measured PUE settled at 1.32 over the following quarter, with zero tenant downtime across all 12 aisle closures.

8 unattended sites, 18U–42U, in two waves

An edge integrator was rolling out 8 micro-sites — retail back-rooms and telecom shelters — where floorspace is measured in square meters, ambient follows ASHRAE A3/A4 envelopes, and no technician is stationed on site. Full-size 42U halls were never the answer; repeatable small frames that ship flat were.

  • Solution: compact 18U–42U frames with locking doors, brush-sealed cable entries and wide-temperature-ready builds for unattended A3/A4 environments.
  • Logistics: CKD flat-pack packing cut shipped volume by around 40%, letting one consignment cover multiple sites per wave.
  • Result: 8 sites commissioned from two shipping waves on a 30-day production lead, with a common spare-parts list across the whole estate.
