What happens to this request

Every request is either accepted or explicitly declined. It is never silently dropped.

ACCEPTED

You get a reference number and the name of the engineer who owns it. Our desk is staffed 24/7 and commits to a first response within 2 hours.

OUT OF SCOPE

If we cannot build it — a size we cannot hold, a document we do not have — you read that in the reply, in writing, with the reason.

DROPPED

It does not happen silently. No reply means the request never reached us: send it again to the address in the footer and it is treated as a first contact. There is no third outcome.

You will be answered by a person who can read a drawing.

The request form

We reply here. No newsletter, no list.

The country decides which shipping documents we quote.

Pick as many as apply. If nothing is picked yet, "Not sure yet" is a complete answer.

Retrofit is a different drawing from new build, so the answer changes the quote.

Rough is fine: 120 racks, or 24 m of aisle, or 3 rows in one hall.

Or write "not decided" — we will quote on the shortest standard lead time.

Three things decide the quote: U height, width × depth, load. Paste a spec, a row drawing or a delivery schedule if you have one.

Either button sends the same form. Only fields 01 and 02 are required; ask for drawings and you get a drawing pack and a dimension check — no quotation yet.

What happens after you send it

  1. 01

    Acknowledgement

    A reference number, the name of the engineer who owns it, and what we still need — within 2 hours, staffed 24/7.

  2. 02

    A written clarification round

    The questions your scope did not answer: rail pattern, door type, cable entry, containment door swing. One message.

  3. 03

    Quote or drawings

    A quote with the Incoterm named and a 30-day validity — or, if you asked for drawings, the drawing pack for approval first.

  4. 04

    If it is not for us

    You get that in writing on the same reply. We do not go quiet and we do not quote into a void.
