Three numbers start the quotation
The form asks five fields and takes two minutes. Everything optional — drawings, photos of the existing room, a rack schedule — can follow in the same thread once an engineer replies.

- Target kW per rack — air-cooled to 40 kW, liquid to 132 kW
- Aisle plan or hall dimensions in metres or feet

What an engineer sends back within two working days
The 48-hour promise is only useful if you know what arrives inside it. For standard configurations the first reply carries all six items below; for fully custom ODM layouts it carries the first four plus a date for the rest.

Rack count, target kW per rack and an aisle plan or hall dimensions are enough to start. Add destination port for the freight line, and door/finish preferences if you have them. Drawings and room photos are welcome but not required — the 48-hour reply tells you exactly what else the layout needs.
Standard SKUs and common configurations are quoted inside the 48-hour reply. Fully custom layouts are priced after the drawing review — if the review needs longer than the first reply window, that reply tells you when the price will land instead of leaving the thread quiet.
