MOQ is 5 racks per SKU for production orders. For evaluation projects we accept a 1-rack sample order, quoted at the sample price stated on the same sheet. Mixed SKUs are welcome in one container — the 5-rack minimum applies per model, not per shipment.

A sample ships in 15 days after the drawings are signed off. Samples are built on the same line and put through the same outbound test sequence as batch racks, and the crate is the export plywood box, so what you evaluate is what a production order arrives as. Samples can move by sea or, on request, by air freight.

30 days FOB Qingdao from drawing sign-off and deposit. The clock is short because laser, punch, bend, weld, coat and assembly all sit on one in-house line — there is no subcontractor queue between processes. Every frame is full-inspected before crating, and the test log is packed inside the crate.

CKD ships as flat panels and hardware bags and cuts shipped volume by roughly 40%, so more cabinets fit each container — the right choice for standard frames at volume. Fully assembled racks arrive ready to set, level and cable, which suits high-config builds: liquid-ready racks with manifolds mounted, busway-integrated columns, glass-door rows. A 42U rack in 800×1200 mm packs to roughly 140–200 kg gross including the plywood export crate, and the crate measures approximately 950×1350×2250 mm, one rack per box. 48U and 52U frames weigh and pack slightly more; the exact figures are stated on the quotation and on the packing list.

CKD flat-pack loads approximately 24–28 racks per 40' high-cube container depending on width and accessory volume. Fully assembled crated racks load fewer, since each crate ships at its full assembled height. We issue the exact stow plan per order, and every container is photographed during loading.

Bare cabinet bodies typically classify under HS 8537, while racks delivered as complete sets with IT equipment inside usually fall in the 8471/8473 family. The final code depends on the build and your destination's ruling, so we confirm it with the forwarder per order and state it on the commercial invoice.

The base quotation is FOB Qingdao. CIF to a named port and DDP to door are quoted on request — DDP adds ocean freight, clearance and duty at destination into one price. EXW is available if your forwarder collects. Lead time is 30 days FOB; DDP adds transit and clearance, which we confirm at booking.

T/T and L/C at sight. Batch orders normally run T/T with a deposit and the balance against shipping documents; L/C at sight is available for larger orders. The exact schedule is stated on the order confirmation before anything is produced.

Structure and coating carry a 3-year warranty; wear parts — hinges, locks, seals and brush strips — carry 1 year. Claims run through the serial number stamped on the frame back to its batch test record, so the evidence is the factory log, not an argument. Remote diagnosis comes first, and replacement parts ship by courier for samples or with the next available consignment.

Yes. CAC works with your existing CRAC/CRAH units because the room simply becomes the return plenum — no unit replacement is required. The sequence we recommend: blanking panels and brush sealing first, doors and roof panels second. As a measured industry reference, a mild-climate site moved from PUE 1.84 uncontained to 1.65 with cold-aisle containment. Send aisle length, width and rack models and we will mark up the boundary.

Yes. NVIDIA's NVL72 reference cabinet measures 600×1068×2236 mm, and our 800 mm wide GPU frames accept that footprint with headroom for vertical cabling. Power-shelf rail positions can be pre-punched to the recommended layout before the frame is welded and coated. For direct-to-chip NVL72 lines, order the liquid-cooling ready build so manifolds and UQD positions arrive factory-fitted; OCP ORv3-compatible builds are quoted on request.

Static load is the stationary installed capacity: 1,500 kg on the standard family and 1,600 kg on the GPU line, verified at a 4× safety factor with a 72-hour creep recheck. Dynamic, in-service load is the rating that applies once the rack is loaded and the hall is live — 750 kg on standard frames. Racks that must ship already built-up use a 950 kg heavy-transport build from the GPU line.

A rack is passive steel, so the envelope is set by the equipment inside it — our frames are built to house gear across the ASHRAE A1–A4 classes: A1 15–32 °C, A2 10–35 °C, A3 5–40 °C and A4 5–45 °C allowed, with 18–27 °C recommended. Edge and unattended-site builds can be specified to the A3/A4 wide-temperature classes with matching locks and seals.

Yes. The 12 mm tempered-glass doors can be fitted with password, fingerprint or card-reader access as an option, with LED lighting along the door frame. Every door keeps a failsafe fire-alarm release that opens the leaf in under 3 seconds, so access control never stands between your crew and an evacuation.

Two mechanisms work together. Drop-away roof panels use a fusible element that releases below 72 °C, letting the panel fall open so sprinkler coverage over the aisle is preserved. Doors release electrically on the fire-alarm signal in under 3 seconds. Containment orders ship with the FA interlock test record alongside the standard dossier.

We sign an NDA before any layout or ODM drawing is shared, and the signed copy comes back with the quotation if you want it in the file. Customer drawings and tooling are used only for that customer's orders, access internally is limited to the engineers quoting and building the job, and drawings can be returned or destroyed at project close on request.

Every order ships with a spare parts list carrying reorder codes — hinges, locks, brush strips, blanking panels and cage nuts. For volume rows we typically quote a spare kit on the same order so commissioning never waits on a courier. Consumables run on a 30-day restock path: send the codes from the list and the box ships with the next available consignment.
