MICRO MODULAR · TR-mud SYSTEM
One module, one scope: aisle, in-row cooling, power positions, monitoring.
TR-mud packages the sealed aisle with in-row cooling, power distribution positions and monitoring. This page is the boundary document — it says which items we manufacture, which come from partner brands, and which stay with you.

THE LOOP
Air in the aisle, heat in the row
In-row units deliver cold air straight into the sealed aisle. It passes through the equipment, comes back as hot exhaust inside the cabinet row, and returns to the unit without ever mixing with the supply. Blanking panels close the empty U positions, and the roof closes the top of the aisle.
- Supply
- Into the aisle, from the in-row unit
- Return
- Inside the row, back to the same unit
- Gaps
- Blanking panels in every empty U position
- Roof
- Closed, so the two streams cannot meet
MONITORING
What the monitoring reports — and why there is no screenshot on this page
What it reads
Temperature and humidity on the cold side, cooling-unit status, and door state. Nothing else is polled.
Where the alerts go
Two ways out — a web page you open remotely, and SMS to the numbers you register. Alert delivery is tested with your team before handover.
Why there is no screenshot here
The software is a working tool, holding your site names and your alert numbers. A marketing mock-up of it would be a picture of something that does not exist, so there is none. Ask for a live walkthrough on a call and we will open the real one.

GROWTH
Start at three cabinets, grow along the row
-
3
cabinets
One sealed aisle at minimum width, in-row unit at the row end.
-
8
cabinets
The aisles fill up; the enclosure stays on the same line.
-
2
second module
A second module joins along the same aisle line.
Growth is added along the row; the room does not have to change.
