Privacy
P1What we collect
Only what you type into a request: work email, company and country, what you need, project type, quantity or aisle length, the date you need it, your notes, and the page you sent the form from. Nothing is collected in the background.
P2Why we hold it
To answer that request and to quote it. That is the whole purpose. No profiling, no newsletter, no re-marketing.
P3What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or share your details for anyone's marketing. This site sets no advertising cookies and loads no third-party analytics or tracking scripts.
P4Who else sees it
Your details stay with us. The only third parties that ever receive shipment information are the freight forwarder and — only when you ask — your customs broker.
P5How long, and how to remove it
A request is kept while the commercial relationship is active and while our accounting records require it. Ask us to delete it and we will confirm in writing what was removed.
Terms
T1Quotations
Equipment prices hold for 30 days. Sea freight is repriced monthly, so a CIF quotation carries its own validity date. The Incoterm is named on every quotation.
T2Drawings, specifications and tooling
Drawings issued for approval are project-specific. Your specification, your logo and any tooling made for your order stay yours and are not used on another customer's order.
T3Tolerances and finish
Fabricated dimensions to ±0.5 mm. Powder coat 80–120 μm, adhesion grade 1 to GB/T 9286. Steel is SPCC cold-rolled from Baosteel or Ansteel. Every unit is inspected before it leaves — appearance on 100% of units, key dimensions sampled, ground continuity on every unit.
T4Warranty and support
The main structure carries a warranty of not less than 5 years from delivery; wear items are listed in the order acknowledgement. Technical support is staffed 24/7 with a first response within 2 hours.
T5What forms the contract
The order acknowledgement is the contract. Where Incoterms apply, the 2020 edition applies. Nothing on this website overrides a signed acknowledgement, quotation or contract.
T6Documents that travel with the goods
Commercial invoice with HS code, packing list with serial numbers, bill of lading, and one product certificate per unit. Copies of the third-party test reports are added on request. Claims are settled against these documents.
