COLD AISLE CONTAINMENT · TR-mud
Cold aisle containment: 25%+ less cooling energy
Two rows of cabinets closed by sliding glass doors and flip-up roof panels, with in-row precision cooling inside the enclosure. Delivered pre-assembled and installed in 2–3 weeks. Rows of 3 to 8 cabinets, expandable in place.

HOW IT IS MADE
From coil steel to a coated cabinet

Blank & punch
CNC turret punch. Every coil is inspected on arrival — SPCC cold-rolled sheet from Baosteel or Ansteel.

Form
CNC press brake. Uprights, cross members and door frames land within ±0.5 mm of the drawing.

Weld
Robot welding with manual touch-up, then a full visual check — no missed or porous welds leave the station.

Coat
Degreasing → rinse → phosphating → rinse → drying → electrostatic powder coating → curing. 80–120 μm, adhesion class 1.

These three lines are distributed under authorisation, as are the battery banks we quote on some projects. Every other product on this site is manufactured by ems-rack in Shijiazhuang.
