RackForge builds AI rack systems, cold aisle containment and integrated structures on a single in-house line — 42U–52U frames from 600×1,000 mm to 800×1,200 mm, 1,500–1,600 kg static load, power paths rated to 132 kW per cabinet, and a 30-day FOB lead time with 15-day samples. Every line ships with the same test records: 4× static load with a 72-hour creep re-check, manifold pressure held at 1.5× working pressure for 24 hours, and ground continuity at or below 0.1 Ω.

Pick one line — or stack all three

Most projects buy two lines together: racks plus containment, or racks plus a busway spine. Because all three are made on the same fixtures, the interfaces line up by construction rather than by negotiation between vendors. Each line also ships standalone — containment as a retrofit pack, busway brackets as an upgrade kit, OEM parts from a single drawing.

AI Rack Systems

Standard 42U–52U cabinets, GPU high-density frames and liquid-cooling ready racks — EIA-310-E and IEC 60297 compliant, with busbar slots and UQD manifolds mounted at the factory. Air-cooled frames take general floors to about 8 kW per cabinet; the high-density and liquid lines carry the AI loads above that.

What's included: busbar with ejector bar, blanking panels, baying brackets, optional seismic kit, bilingual drawings.

Cold Aisle Containment

Sliding and hinged 12 mm tempered glass doors, fixed and drop-away fire roof panels, blanking and brush sealing — a published mild-climate retrofit took PUE from 1.84 to 1.65. Roof panels ride a 600 mm module and install tool-free, so a retrofit aisle goes up without unloading the racks.

Integrated Structures

Busway tap-off columns rated 250–800 A with a 400 kW-per-position design ceiling, PDU and cable-management structures, and contract sheet metal at ±0.1 mm on the same line. Powered accessories ship with CE conformity under EN IEC 62368-1; bare structures ship with material certs and CMM first-article reports.
