Standard Server Racks 42U–52U in 600 mm and 800 mm Widths
The workhorse line of the family: nine frames from 42U to 52U, punched to EIA-310-E, rated 1,500 kg static and 750 kg dynamic in service. Net weight runs 95–160 kg depending on height and door build. Every rack crosses the same six-process line — laser, punch, bend, weld, powder coat, assemble — and ships with busbar slots, ejector bars and a full blanking set already fitted. Six processes, one continuous line, ±0.1 mm on forming
Frames are not bought-in enclosures. Coil enters as SPCC and leaves as a crated rack on the same floor, which is why batch-to-batch dimensions hold and why custom widths do not carry tooling surcharges.
- Material: SPCC 1.5–2.0 mm for frames and load-bearing members; 1.2–1.5 mm for doors and panels. Columns are five-bend formed for stiffness without excess weight.
- Rails: square-hole rails punched at true EIA-310-E spacing, adjustable ±65 mm in depth and marked U-by-U, so rail positions can be read over the phone during a retrofit.
- Doors: ≥80% mesh for hot aisles, solid steel for secure rooms, or tempered glass for visibility builds — single or split leaf, swing-handle or cam lock.
- Finish: degrease → pickle → phosphate → electrostatic powder coat at 80–100 µm, cured for the 480-hour salt-spray class expected of export hardware.

Naming decodes directly: RF-42U-600×1200-BLK is a 42U frame, 600 mm wide, 1,200 mm deep, RAL9005 black. Swap the width segment for 800 and the finish segment for 7035 to get the light-grey wide build — same geometry, same ratings.

Most standard-rack projects close in one drawing cycle. Here is what we need from you at each step so the quotation that comes back is the quotation you order against.
Measure the load
Total the installed weight — chassis, cabling, PDUs, blanking — and send the heaviest device datasheet. We return a load map that distributes the mass across the 1,500 kg static rating and checks it against the 750 kg in-service dynamic figure. Your input: a device list with weights, or a vendor BOM.
Pick width and depth
600 mm width suits standard 19-inch gear and tight aisles; 800 mm wins once cable bundles, vertical PDUs or GPU chassis enter the picture. Depth is 1,200 mm as standard with 1,000 mm quoted on request. Your input: the aisle plan with clearances, so doors can open without pinning walkways.
Choose the door build
Mesh fronts with ≥80% open area keep supply air moving in contained rows; solid doors suit dark sites that need physical security; glass fronts serve labs and demo rooms. Locks are swing-handle or cam, keyed alike on request. Your input: door type, leaf split and key plan per row.
Select pre-installed items
Busbar slots, ejector bars, the blanking set, PDU rails and grounding jumpers are fitted at the factory; the seismic kit is the one optional add. Confirm the color — RAL9004, RAL9005 or RAL7035 — and sign the DXF. Your input: drawing sign-off within 48 hours holds the 30-day production slot.
