One sheet-metal platform in three densities. Standard 42U–52U cabinets carry a 1,500 kg static rating in 600 and 800 mm widths. GPU high-density frames raise that to 1,600 kg with busbar-slot columns for NVL72-class builds. Liquid-cooling ready racks ship with manifolds and UQD disconnects already mounted and pressure-held at 1.5× working pressure for 24 hours. Every frame is punched to EIA-310-E on our own line.

Three lines, one forging standard
Pick by kilowatts first, then by coolant. Air-cooled general compute stays comfortable in the standard line up to 8 kW per cabinet. GPU air builds run to the 40 kW practical limit of front-to-back airflow, and beyond that boundary the liquid-cooling ready line takes over, from 40 kW to 132 kW per cabinet. All three lines share the same frame gauges, punching and finish process, so mixed rows stay visually and structurally consistent. Pair any row with cold aisle containment — the measured industry case moved site PUE from 1.84 to 1.65 in a mild climate.
Standard Racks
600 and 800 mm widths, 1,500 kg static load and a 95–160 kg net weight range depending on size and door build. Mesh, solid or tempered-glass front doors with at least 80% open area.
GPU High-Density
Rated 1,600 kg static with a 4× safety factor and 72-hour creep recheck. 800 mm wide, columns slotted for busbar feed at a 400 kW per rack-position design ceiling, sized against GB200/GB300 NVL72 footprints.
Liquid-Cooling Ready
Coolant manifolds and UQD quick disconnects pre-mounted above both doors, drip pans under every union. Pressure-held at 1.5× working pressure for 24 hours; 25–80 L/min design flow on PG25.

Pre-installation is the point of the platform: busbar tracks, hardware and documentation leave the factory in place, so field crews set the cabinet, level it and land cables instead of assembling hardware inside a live hall.
Busbar-ready column slots — both vertical columns carry a machined track for tap-off busbar, aligned top feed or under-floor feed.

The family covers three heights crossed with two widths. Model naming is readable at a glance: RF-{U}-{width}×{depth}-{finish}, so RF-52U-800×1200-BLK is a 52U frame, 800 mm wide, 1,200 mm deep, RAL9005 black. Depth is 1,200 mm across the family; 1,000 mm builds are quoted on request.

1,500 kg static is the standard family rating; the GPU line raises it to 1,600 kg tested at 4×.
Three questions buyers ask first
NVIDIA's NVL72 reference cabinet measures 600×1068×2236 mm. Our 800 mm wide GPU frames accept that footprint with headroom for vertical cabling, and power-shelf rail positions can be pre-punched to the recommended layout. For direct-to-chip NVL72 lines, order the liquid-cooling ready build so manifolds and UQD positions arrive factory-fitted.
Static load is the stationary rating: 1,500 kg on the standard family and 1,600 kg on the GPU line, which is verified at a 4× safety factor with a 72-hour creep recheck before release. The in-service dynamic rating is 750 kg on standard frames — the figure that applies once equipment is installed and the hall is live. Racks that must ship already loaded use the 950 kg heavy-transport build from the GPU line.
Minimum order is 5 racks per SKU, with a 1-rack sample order accepted. Samples ship in 15 days and production in 30 days after drawing sign-off, priced FOB Qingdao with CIF and DDP available. Payment is by T/T or L/C, and every rack leaves with its test record and dual-unit drawing package in the crate.
