GPU High-Density Racks, 40 to 132 kW per Cabinet
Airflow stops being the answer somewhere above 40 kW a cabinet — that is where this line takes over. The frame is an 800 mm wide, 1,200 mm deep SPCC structure rated 1,600 kg static, verified at a 4× safety factor with a 72-hour creep recheck before the design is released. Columns carry machined busbar tracks to a 400 kW per rack-position design ceiling, power-shelf rails can be pre-punched to the GB200/GB300 layout, and an optional NVLink braced frame stiffens the bay against NVL72-class tray masses.

4× tested · 72-h creep recheck · loaded-transport build to 950 kg
Two numbers drive every decision here. One thousand six hundred kilograms of static load, because a loaded NVL72-class row is a structural problem before it is an electrical one. And forty kilowatts of airflow ceiling, because that is where forced air stops being an engineering choice and starts being a liability — the 800 mm body, the braced bays and the busbar-ready columns all exist to carry those two numbers.
Sized against the GB200/GB300 envelope, not after it
NVIDIA's NVL72 reference cabinet measures 600×1068×2236 mm. Our frames hold that footprint with margin for vertical cabling, and the alignment work happens at the factory, not on the floor: rail and shelf positions are programmed into the punching plan before the first bend.
- Power shelf alignment: uprights pre-punched to the recommended power-shelf positions of the GB200/GB300 layout, so shelf racks land on the first attempt.
- NVLink braced frame, optional: a diagonal brace set that stiffens the bay against the tray and switch masses of an NVL72 build — ordered with the rack, fitted at assembly.
- Busbar-slot columns: both uprights accept tap-off busbar at the 400 kW per rack-position design ceiling, matched to the OCP ORv3-compatible feed path.
- The liquid boundary: air-cooled GPU builds run to 40 kW; beyond it, specify the liquid-cooling ready build so manifolds and UQD positions arrive in place.

Example SKU: RF-48U-800×1200-GPU — a 48U high-density frame, 800 mm wide, 1,200 mm deep. Heights span 42U to 52U; the 800 mm width is standard with 600 mm builds quoted for NVL72 footprint alignment.

Every high-density frame leaves with this record
Load ratings are claims until they are tested. Each RF-GP frame passes a 4× static hold, a creep recheck, a coating adhesion cross-cut and a ground continuity measurement; the log below is the shipped format, serial-matched to the rack in the crate.
